I understand that payment with a credit card is an alternative payment option. Credit card payments for moving/storage services EXCEPT for deposits are subject to a processing fee of 3% of the principal payment and I agree to pay this fee. If I do not include the processing fee in my payment, this outstanding processing fee will be added to the remaining balance on my account with COACH USA MOVING AND STORAGE. Deposit payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policy stated below.

Deposit Payment: Cancellation and Refund Policy I understand that in order to reserve moving services, a deposit payment of up to 20% of the total cost is required. My deposit is refundable up to 3 business days prior to the first estimated move date. In order to be eligible for a refund, I must notify Coach USA Moving and Storage in writing of my intent to cancel the estimate, change my move date, or place the move on hold, at least 3 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays not included) prior to the first estimated move date. I understand that if I cancel my move less than 3 business days prior to the first move date and the truck has not arrived at the pick-up location then I am only entitled to receive a credit of my deposit for future moving services to be used by the cardholder within 12 month period from the date of cancellation. If I cancel my move less than 3 business days prior to my first estimated move date and the truck has arrived to attempt services then I am not entitled to a refund, but can apply my deposit to a future move within 12 months of the date of cancellation.

I further understand that if I make my deposit payment for my move during the 3 day non-refundable cancellation period, then I am aware that I am NOT entitled to a refund for the deposit, but can apply my deposit to a future move within 12 months of the date of cancellation. All approved credit card refunds may not appear in my credit card account until my next billing statement.
